		<description>Great advice!  I've actually been having problems with my knees for about 8 months and have been able to relieve them with walking the stairs (6 flights) instead of taking the elevator at work in addition to a 30 minute walk in the morning.  This sounds like something good to add to my routine.  Very intuitive to add the pictures.  Keep up the good work!</description>
