Nashville-based D1 Sports Training and Therapy is set to open its 7th location in mid-October in Little Rock, Arkansas. D1 is a revolutionary training facility where children and teenagers are coached to take their abilities to the next level. Although D1 specializes in coaching junior high, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, anyone who trains here is treated like an elite athlete.
