Looking over my previous posts, I’ve put nutrition related pieces more frequently than most other categories. This is ironic, considering I know much less about nutrition than I do the other categories covered on this blog.
Perhaps the reason I enjoy posting so much on nutrition is that I have so much to learn. I recently found a website to help with my continuing education on dietetics and nutrition.
This is officially my new favorite website (cough, cough…after macssistance.com, of course). This site is dedicated to the promotion of whole foods. Recipes are provides using such foods, and a list of the world’s healthiest foods is provided, along with the nutritional content of each food listed.
I literally spent 90 minutes reading this site when I first found it. And I can honestly say that this site changed the way I eat. So check it out!
